Shipping Info
I ship packages on weekdays using USPS ground to the US only; please email me if you need a different shipping solution. Soy wax candles have a low melting point and summer shipments may impact candle tops, so I recommend in person pick up during those seasons if you are able.
I sell at markets and fairs in Georgia (announced via Social Media) and can arrange for package pickup at those markets to save on shipping costs, prevent heat damage and reserve your inventory. If you wish to purchase from both Serpent’s Stash and our sister business, Planetary Crafts, email me and I can consolidate the order for lower shipping costs. I do visit Oregon a few times a year, and can arrange for package pick ups at those times; these will be announced via Social Media.

I sell candles and other goods to help enhance your games and your life. I recommend starting with the 1.5oz candle sizes if you’re not sure on scent selection and will soon offer discovery sets to help you choose the candles right for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where do you ship to and how much does it cost? I will ship to anywhere in the USA. Shipping costs a flat $5 until you reach over $50 in product, and then is free.
Where can I buy your product in person? I vend at WagonCon in The Dalles, OR every May and at various markets in Georgia, which I will announce over social media.
Do you do wholesale or custom candles? I offer wholesale and custom candles by request. Email denise@serpentsstash.com for details.
What is your refund/exchange policy? To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item(s) in their original, unused condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, please contact us at denise@serpentsstash.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s). You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Do you do exchanges? If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at denise@serpentsstash.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return conditions as refunds apply.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item? Please contact us immediately at denise@serpentsstash.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
